Pomegranate

Pomegranate (Punica Granatum) is the edible fruit of pomegranate tree (Lythracae family). This fruit is used to produce our Noyan and Elite juices

Cranberry

Cranberry, Vaccinium species (Ericacae family), is a native shrub of the temperate mountanious regions. The term cranberry can also indicate its berries which are used to produce our cranberry juice.

Maté

An energizing drink which is very popular in South America. Maté leaves are rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and chlorophyll.

Siberian Ginseng

Scientific research have shown that Siberian ginseng increases the capacity of body to adapt to intense physical situations.

Guaranà

The seeds of this small fruit are used by natives of the Amazon jungle to boost their stamina and physical performance.

Green tea

The «green tea» appellation has nothing to do with its leaves or liquor colour, it just means that this kind of tea is not fermented.

Black (or red) tea

This denomination has nothing to do with its leaves or liquor colour. The terms black or red just indicate the process done on tea leaves. Black tea (Chinese call it red tea) is made of fermented tea leaves.

According to Dr Julian Whitaker, proanthocyanide is one the most effective antioxidant because it neutralizes free radicals effectively.

Free radicals

A free radical is an atom or a molecule with one or more not matching electrons in its external surface. When an atom loses one of its electrons, this atom takes its lacking electron from another atom producing a chain reaction. These unstable atoms are named free radicals.

Proanthocyanidines

They protect from a large number of free radicals, in particular free radicals caused by pollution, smoke, food additives, alcool, toxic drugs and so on.
Concerning the antioxydant action, Proanthocyanides are considered to be 20 times stronger than vitamine C one and 50 times higher than the vitamine E.

Fresh pression

Fresh pression consists in pressing a fruit without addiction of any other chemical ingredient in order to keep the quality of the fruit. It is an extraction system which aims at keeping all the active components of fruits. Fresh pression enables to avoid the separation of the oils included in the stone and their penetration to the juice.
This system is used by Noyan Company to produce its pomegranate juice.
